The City of Huntsville (“City”) is requesting bids for HVAC Services in accordance with Local Government Code Chapter 252. The City is aware of the time and effort you expend in preparing and submitting bids and proposals to the City. Please let us know of any bid requirements which are causing you difficulty in responding. We want to make the process as easy and painless as possible so that all responsible firms can compete for the City's business. All questions concerning the solicitation should be directed to the Procurement Manager, Lucy Gonzalez via email at: purchasing@huntsvilletx.gov. This contract shall be effective from date of award to November 30, 2025. Upon mutual agreement of the parties and contingent upon City Council budget approval, contract may be extended for a period of one (1) additional year, from December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026. A renewal contract must by signed by the City prior to the expiration of the initial term. The City reserves the right to full, certified copies of all required insurance policies when requested in writing. Insurance will be required prior to purchase order being issued.
