Township Building Concrete Project Work Under This Contract Shall Include All Materials, Equipment, Supplies, and Iabor for Tha Construction as Shown and Specified in the Contract Documents. The Project is Located in Knox Township, Clarion County, Pennsylvania. The Project is Being Funded With Local Funds" Attention is Called to the Fact That Not Less Than the Minimum Salaries and Wages as Set Forth in the Contract Documents Must Be Paid on This Project. The Successful Bidder(S) Will Be Required to Fully Complete All Work Within 180 Consecutive Calendar Days From, and Including, the Date Indicated by the Owner in Their Written Notice to Proceed. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Including Without Limitation, Nonconforming, Nonresponsive, Unbalanced, or Conditional Bids. The Owner Also Reserves the Right to Waive All Minor Informalities Not Involving Price, Time, or Changes in the Work and to Award the Contract as May Be Deemed in the Best Interest of the Owner.
