Site work and paving for a civil project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work includes construction of one (1) gravel packed water well within the Evangeline Aquifer, one (1) 20,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank including foundationone (1) diesel generator with sound attenuated enclosure and ATS, fuel tank, and foundation; one (1) electrical motor control center and equipment housed under a steel canopy; SCADA integration system utilizing radio or cellular communication, disinfection equipment with chemical injection lines; plant piping; electrical, instruments, and control work including service; protective coatings; concrete on-site roadways, fencing, drainage swales, and site detention, grading, and drainage; hydro-mulch seeding; temporary fencing; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a completely functional water plant and water well. A stabilized all-weather access drive is not included in this project but will be needed to construct the well. It is assumed that access to the site will be provided by others by separate authorization. Estimate: 4,630,000 The bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the bid bond payable to the Owner. Bidder shall indicate on the bid form the substantial completion time. Final completion shall be achieved within 30 calendar days of substantial completion. Substantial completion time will be considered by the Owner in evaluation of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 calendar days from the date bids are open.
