Pre-qualification of contractors for Underground Parking Garage Repairs at the Redmond Apartments, 3655 Redmond Road, Mississauga. The Agency intends to call tenders for Underground Parking Garage Repairs at the Redmond Apartments, 3655 Redmond Road, Mississauga, Work Shall be substantially performed by December 30, 2025. Because of the nature and complexity of the work involved, the Agency will be inviting only those Respondents who are most experienced and qualified to bid on and undertake the specified scope of work for the Project. The Project will include the following scope: - Full replacement of all garage roof slab expansion joints. This includes all three (3) expansion joints located on the roof slab and vertical walls; - Localized injection waterproofing repairs at leaking cracks in foundation walls; - Localized repairs of deteriorated concrete at roof slab, columns, and foundation walls; - Localized cleaning and re-coat deteriorated/corroded soffit mounted box; - Localized replacement of corroded/damaged soffit mounted drain piping; - Localized repairs to pipe insulation and replacement of corroded drain piping; - Install elastomeric waterproofing system on garage exit stairwell; - Remove and replace all roof slab waterproofing membrane and asphalt paving; - Replacement of the ramp trench drain; - Replacement of the parging at exterior stairwell walls; - Bar end repairs at above ground concrete walls on either side of garage entrance ramp; - Structural repairs at Column Head locations; - Fiber reinforced strips installation at the garage roof slab soffit; - Provision of on-site and excess soils management; and - Protection/removal of municipal trees and permitting. - Muti-phases construction Bonding: A Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 50 per cent of the Contract value, which for the purposes of this prequalification is estimated up to $5,000,000.
