ADA Compliance (Various City Facilities) Project Consists of the Demolition and Removal of Non-accessible and Non-compliant Walks, Ramps, Detectable Warning Strips, Landings, Curbs, Access Drives, Retaining Walls, Signage, Parking Spaces, Handrails and Guard Rails, Site Accessories, and Utilities in Conflict With Accessible Site Access on Building Exterior. Scope Also Includes the Demolition and Removal of Non-accessible and Non-compliant Concrete Slabs, Doors, Hardware, Flooring, Interior Ramps, Wall Base, Walls, Casework/millwork, Counters, Transaction Tops, Roll Up Windows/doors, Interior Signage, Benches, Folding Shower Seats, Toilet Accessories, Dispensers, and Waste Recepticles, Toilet Partitions, Grab Bars, Sinks, Reels, Toilets, Urinals, Shower Mixing Valve Assemblies, Electric Water Cooler/bubblers, Fire Extinguishers and Cabinets, Defibulators, Plumbing Supply and Waste Lines, Floor Drains, Electrical Access Buttons and Switches, Etc. In Conflict With Meeting Ada and Accessability Compliance. Scope Also Includes the Construction and New Installation of Compliant Items Listed Above. At the Boise Senior Center, Fort Boise Community Center, Iveywild Pool, Fairmont Pool, Borah Pool, Bown Crossing Library, Cole/ustick Library, and Other Facilities Identified by the Project Team. The Project Value Has Not Yet Been Determined and Will Be Packaged in Multiple Scopes and Groups as Deemed Necessary and/or Efficient by the City Project Manager. Interested Bidders Will Be Invited in Determing Project Values and Efficiencies Anticipated Request for Proposals Will Be Issued Late December 2024/early January 2025 With Bids Due on or About January 23, 2025 to Be Eligible to Provide a Bid Proposal on This Project, Each Subcontractor Must Be Pre-qualified Through Core Construction.
