Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) Upper Great Plains Region (UGP) has a construction requirement from removing and disposing of approximately 6,500 square feet of asphalt shingles, providing standing seam roof with snow guards at the Warehouse, Office, and Vehicle Storage Building at the Sioux Falls Substation in Sioux Falls South Dakota. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work, including work of an incidental nature, in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resulting contract. System for Award Management (SAM) database, www.sam.gov, to be eligible to receive an award from any Federal agency. By Submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must have active/current registration in the SAM database at the time of quote submission, prior to award, during the performance and through the final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer (at the time of quote submission), the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror.
