Renovation of an educational facility in Huron, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the Huron Middle School Boiler Replacement. Bids must be accompanied by a Cashiers Check payable to Huron School District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, or a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The Contractor shall commence work under this Contract after the date of receipt by him of Notice to Proceed, on or near May 26, 2025, and shall complete the entire project for substantial completion by August 25, 2025. there shall be deducted from moneys or amounts due or that may become due the Contractor, the sum of $1,250.00 in liquidated damages for each calendar day, the work shall remain uncompleted. Huron School district No. 2-2 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
