The University of Maryland, Baltimore (herein referred to as the University or UMB) is seeking proposals for services from Consultant firms for professional program management and related services as requested by UMB. The Program Management firms are to be available (on call) as projects arise to provide project management and related services as described in this RFP. The On Call Consultant contracts are anticipated to be used primarily at the University of Maryland institutions in the Baltimore region; however, they may be used at any University of Maryland institution. QUESTIONS REGARDING SOLICITATION DUE: Thursday, December 12, 2024 on or before 2:00 PM. All questions on this procurement are to be directed in writing via email to the following individuals: Point of Contact: Michelle Compton (mcompton@umaryland.edu) Contract Commencement: April 24, 2025 (Projected). The Consultant will be required to provide program management services, specifically scheduling and cost and claims analysis, as well as any other identified special services (see Sections II of this solicitation and the Project Program for further details). The Consultant team is to include but are not limited to the following: o Project Coordinator o Lead Estimator / Claims Analyst o Scheduler / Claims Analyst o Claims Analyst o Project Manager (Owner's Representative) Multiple Master Contract awards are anticipated. The Contract term is for three (3) years with one two (2) year renewal option. The University anticipates multiple awards, to a minimum of two (2), Consultant firms as a result of this procurement. The University reserves the right to add project specific consultant labor categories to the Master Agreement if it is determined to be in its best interest.
