Dinkins Construction LLC is one of the Construction Managers for Marion County and has been assigned to the oversight and management of this project. This project will entail the renovation of an existing fire station living quarters. All proposals must be on the provided form and include the complete cost of all labor, materials, shipping, tax, equipment, and customary inclusions, to provide the full scope of the trade and a complete project. Proposals will be subject to review by Marion County and Dinkins Construction, and the final selection will be based on your experience with similar projects. Marion County believes that hiring done through this contract should, to the maximum extent, be offered to citizens within its boundaries that are unemployed or seeking work for the first time.
