This Project Will Include Removal of 68 Diseased Street Trees Within the Right-of-way Along Ne 8th St. Between 136th-140th Ave Ne and Between 148th-160th Ave Ne in Bellevue. Stump Removal is Not Required for This Project, but Stumps Will Need to Be Cut as Close to Ground as Possible. Please See Attached Maps for Project Location Details. This Project Will Be Time and Materials for Work Completed, With a "Not to Exceed" Upper Limit. Work Under This Contract Shall Begin With Notice to Proceed From the City. Work Shall Be Completed by 2/28/2025. Project Manager Estimate: $65,000.00 For Projects Estimated Between $50,001-$350,000 Pre-bid Optional Site-meeting: a Pre-bid Optional Site Meeting is Not Required for This Contract. Working Hours Shall Be Limited to Comply With Bellevue City Code: Chap. 9.18 - Noise Control, Construction and Related Activities Shall Be Limited to Between the Hours of and .
