Robinswood House ADA Remediation of the Accessible Route, Phase A Scope of Work: Work Contemplated to Be Performed Under This Contract is as Follows: Work Contemplated to Be Performed Under This Contract is as Follows: Ada Remediation of Public Pathways Connecting Public Sidewalk & Accessible Parking Area to Robinswood House Property. the City of Bellevue Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Irregularities and Informalities in the Bidding Process. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid for a Period of Sixty (60) Calendar Days After the Date and Time Set for the Opening Thereof. Bid Bond Required: Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in the Form of Cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Surety Bond in an Amount Equal to at Least 5% of the Amount of Such Bid. Checks Shall Be Made Payable to the City of Bellevue. Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into a Contract and Furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond Within the Time Stated in the Specifications, the Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited to the City of Bellevue. the City of Bellevue Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Irregularities and Informalities in the Bidding Process.
