Site work for a water / sewer project in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work generally consists of repairing the fender system damage at Oil Dock 12 by: removing and replacing timber fender supports, cleaning and recoating steel near and above the waterline, replacing damaged steel components, and adjusting fenders on the dock face. Clarification Deadline 1/6/2025 5:00 PM All Claims, Disputes, and other matters in question between Contractor and PCCA This is a lump sum bid. Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashiers check for 5% of the total amount of bid. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful bidder executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount. The PCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received.
