Casing, 0.25" Thk. 7.00, Ea., 12" Gate Valve and Box Funding for this project is provided through the FAP loan program. As such, compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid shall be attached to all bids as a guarantee that the successful bidder will, within ten (10) days of the date of notice of award, enter into contract and fi le the required bonds. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. Contractor must obtain plans and specifi cations from the Offi ce of the Engineer and be registered on the Engineer's bid list to be recognized as an eligible bidder for this project. This project is to be fi nanced by a FAP Bond Loan from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) and shall be referred to as Project No. FAP-23-003-L.
