\This is a solicitation for construction. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12805B25Q0076 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02. The associated NAICS Code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $45 million. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area, requires the Installation of Louver, Gutter, Fan and Electrical. The Contractor shall furnish a detailed technical proposal and detailed pricing proposal. The Government intends to award single firm fixed price purchase orders. The requirements are further detail in the attached Requirements Document.
