Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hillside, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 19, 2025, project was awarded to Boulder Contractors, awarded amount is $$3,668,303.49. The proposed work [PROJECT] is for underground utility and roadway improvements in the Village of Hillside along Washington Street from Hillside Avenue to Buckthorne Lane. Improvements include installation of a 6aEUR(TM)x4aEUR(TM) storm sewer box culvert from Hillside Avenue to Wolf Road (CHS W22), installation of 15aEURPVC sanitary sewer from Hillside Avenue to Buckthorne Lane. Also included: storm sewer and sanitary sewer removals, pavement patching, roadway resurfacing, spot curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk and curb ramps, and pavement striping. Contract time the project must be substantially complete by Thursday, October 30th, 2025. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities of technicalities in bidding, and to accept the bid which best serves the interests of the OWNER. The OWNER shall, in its sole discretion, determines what does or does not constitute an informality or technicality, and, in submitting a bid, BIDDER agrees to be bound by that determination.
