This Agreement is entered into by and between the Employment Development Department, hereinafter referred to as the EDD, and TBD hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, for the purpose of providing "As Needed" Electrical Services for the EDD facility located at 645 Salem Street, Chico. CA 95928. The Contractor must have a valid C-10 State Contractor's License. Term: July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2028 The EDD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may waive any immaterial deviation or defect in the bid. The EDD's waiver of any immaterial deviation or defect shall in no way modify the solicitation documents, or excuse the bidder from full compliance with the solicitation specification if awarded the contract. The EDD is not required to award an agreement.
