Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Henry, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The improvement of Williams Street through roadway mill and overlay, sidewalk removal and replacement, and curb and gutter removal and replacement. It shall also include the installation of Storm Sewer pipe and structures . A Bid Bond is required for this project. Each bidder, including subcontractors and lower-tier subcontractors, must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, sex or national origin. Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualification of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
