Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Gillett, Arkansas. Working plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 4, 2025 this project is on hold, no definite date for the rebid. The Project consists ofconstructing a new elevatedwater storage tank. The watertank will be a multi-column style elevated tank with welded steelbowl. The tank will be approximately 125 feet tall and have awater storage capacity of100,000 gallons. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Question Deadline 01/01/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. ***Document Note: Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtainedfrom Crist Engineers, Inc. online atwww.cristengineers.com at a purchase price of $25.00 for eachset. No refunds of payment willbe made, and no partial sets will be issued. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmittedby the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.Neither Owner nor Engineer willbe responsible for full or partialsets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtainedfrom sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall befurnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
