Demolition and site work for a medical facility in Booneville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The City of Booneville is requesting bids to demolish the old Booneville Community Hospital located at 880 West Main Street. All qualified bidders must be insured and bonded. Job requirements, timeline to start job, contractor must start job within 90 days of the city acceptance of the bid, must complete job within 90 days of the job start date. The approved bidder will have all salvage rights to the building and salvage must be completed in the 90 work period. Contractor will be fined $50.00 a day for every day that work goes on beyond the 90 day work period. The City of Booneville will provide a local area to dispose of all clean rubble to include concrete, block and dirt. All other material must be disposed of at the contractor's expense. The City of Booneville will have all asbestos and other hazardous materials removed from the site before work begins. Area must be leveled and topsoil added to a natural condition. City reserves the right to refuse all bids.
