The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the Booneville School District. 8. References The district intends to select the firm considered the bestqualified and capable of performing the work and negotiate a contract. Contract will be inclusive of construction management services during design and project construction. The CM shall work with the districts architect, Architecture Plus, Inc. 1.
