Renovation of a mixed-use development in Springfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Base Scope of work includes removal and replacement of joint sealants through-out the building exterior, as well as brick masonry repairs such as crack repointing, brick replacement, etc. The Springfield School District, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids for General Trades for the following project to be completed calendar year 2024: Sabold Elementary, Scenic Hills Elementary, & ET Richardson Middle School Miscellaneous Exterior Repairs Project All substitution requests must be submitted to the Owner\Architect at least ten (10) days prior to receipt of bids via email to the attention of Brian Anderson, at banderson@tbsservices.com. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
