For the furnishing of Bituminous Emulsified Asphalt for Jasper County during the year of 2025 Specifications are on file in the Office of the Jasper County Auditor, Bituminous Emulsified Asphalt products are subject to the escalation and de- escalation clause as stated in Indiana Code 5-22-17-10, This provides that there shall be provided by the successful bidder a five (5) clay written notice of any change in price. All bids are to be per specification and outside envelopes plainly marked as to same item. All bids are to be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond, in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid or bids. All bids shall be on forms as prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts. Said forms are obtainable from the County Auditor. The right to reject any and/or all bids is hereby reserved by the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County Indiana. Contracts are to be awarded to the successful bidder on January 7, 2025 or at a later date.
