Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hillsboro, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company. This is the 1st phase (site prep) of the Athletic Field Outbuilding that will eventually house restrooms and a concession stand. The construction of the actual building (approximately 700 square feet) will be accomplished as a student learning project by Jefferson College program students. This 1st phase includes necessary excavation/demolition, installation of footing/foundation, and slab floor, with water/ sewer, and power (200-amp service) rough-ins. In addition, Jefferson College request the following additional alternate bids - Alternate 1: installation of an approximately 6-foot-wide sidewalk/apron around building/foundation.
