Completed plans call for the demolition of a 3,600-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The CTE Workforce Development Renovation consist of approximately 3,600 SF interior demolition of an existing veterinary lab and renovation of a workforce development suite including two classrooms, five offices, a business incubator, a restroom, reception, and storage. Exterior work includes adding ADA sidewalk access to the lower level of the CTE Workforce Development Renovations. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible contractor and to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality on all proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company. All contractors must provide a sworn affidavit affirming participation on a federal work authorization program and stating that the contractor does not knowingly employ any person who is not authorized to work in the U.S. The contractor must comply with current Prevailing Wage laws and other statutory regulations as referenced to in the specifications. This project is tax exempt.
