The City has a need for the purchase and delivery of up to 8 mobile tow-behind bleachers (quantity subject to change). The Goods are to be in good operating condition that meets the needs of the following specifications: 1.Must be 10 rows and have a seating capacity of at least 150 people per bleacher. 2.Total length must not exceed 40ft. 3.Total height must not exceed 13ft 7in. 4.Total width must not exceed 8ft 6in. 5.Total weight must not exceed 4600kg. 6.Must be highway towable for transport with electric brakes and pintle hitch. 7.Must have hydraulic or manual stabilizing jacks. 8.Must have 42in guard rails that discourage climbing for added safety. 9.Must have aluminium seats and walk boards. 10.Must have steel components plated or hot dip galvanized. 11.Include delivery/freight to Surrey Main Operations Yard 6651 148 Street Surrey B.C.V3S 3C7 Question Deadline 12/30/2024 Inquiries should be made no later than 7 business days before Closing Time Name: Sunny Kaila, Manager Procurement Services E-mail: purchasing@surrey.ca
