Separate sealed BIDS for the ELEVATED STORAGE TANK NO. 4 will be received by PWSD No. 4 of Boone County, Missouri, at the office of PWSD No. 4 of Boone County, Missouri, 14530 N ROUTE U, HALLSVILLE, MO 65255 The Project Schedule is as follows: Base Bid - Work shall commence on or after a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed by October 31, 2025. Base Bid (Alternate Schedule) - Work shall commence on or after a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed by October 31, 2026. The number of calendar days for work shall be included in the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor is responsible for notifying the OWNER a minimum of 60 Water District working hours in advance of any start or major change in work. The lowest and best responsive and responsible BIDDER shall supply the names and addresses of major material SUPPLIERS and SUBCONTRACTORS when required to do so by the OWNER.
