The City ofHallsville is seeking qualified vendors to submit proposals for the procurement and implementation of an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) / Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system for the City's water distribution system. The goal is to replace the current AMI/AMR system to enhance meter accuracy, improve billing efficiency, reduce water loss, and optimize operational effectiveness. Meter Data Management System (MDMS) - Implement a platform for data collection, storage, and integration with the City's billing system. 4.
