The Purpose of the Project is to Improve Safety and Connectivity for Pedestrians and Cyclists. The Need of This Project is to Fill a Gap in the Current Sidewalk Network Along Old Baltimore Pike. Additionally, There is a Need to Enhance Existing Curb Ramps, Driveway Aprons, Roadway Lighting, Signage, Pavement Markings, and Upgrade Traffic Signals.
