Site work and renovation of a civil project in Glide, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project includes the connection of a procured water treatment filter station to the existing water treatment plant and all necessary appurtenances; this includes Victaulic piping and pipe supports. Also, the installation of procured electrical equipment and all necessary wiring, conduit and cable trays. As well as the restoration of the existing water treatment filter station, which includes inspection of filter tank, removal of existing treatment equipment inside the tank, and installation of procured treatment equipment in existing filter tank. Lastly, the installation of procured filter pumps and distribution pumps, and removal of unused equipment, pipes and conduit. Demo and installation of items will need to be phased so that Glide Water Association's treatment plant remains operational with no more than 8 hours of being offline. As mentioned above, much of the larger equipment of this project has already been procured by Glide Water Association and the plans list out the specific items. Work shall begin no earlier than January 31, 2025. Should the successful bidder fail to enter such a contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Glide Water Association.
