The Washington Office PPS Job Corps Support Branch has a requirement for a contractor to provide cleaning services for a cast-in-place concrete potable water storage tanks located at the Wolf Creek Job Corps Center. The Government is looking to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract to a single contractor who offers the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The tank is a cast-in-place concrete with an approximate capacity of 165,000 gallons. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Questions Questions shall be submitted via email to drackus.thomas@usda.gov and are due no later than April 03, 2026, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.
