Water and Wastewater at Tinker Air Force Base Question Deadline 12/16/2024 at 11:00 AM CT All questions must be submitted through Q & A deadline online. Answers to the questions will be posted in Periscope by 10:00 a.m. on December 20, 2024. Upon receipt of a request review or copy records properly identified as "Confidential," Respondent will be notified of the request and allowed to immediately enforce and protect Respondent's rights by initiating an action in a court of competent jurisdiction. Should Respondent fail to bring an action to enforce Respondent's rights within seven (7) calendar days of notice, then the requested records will be released. Please review the Contract, particularly the insurance and indemnity paragraphs to ensure requirements will be met. Contract terms are not negotiable. The City may negotiate Scope of Work, Compensation, and Additional Services. If the City or Trust determines, in its sole discretion, the City or Trust is not able to timely negotiate an acceptable Scope of Work, Compensation, and Additional Services with the selected Consultant, then the City or Trust may terminate such negotiations and commence negotiation with another Consultant. Scope of Work: This on-call contract will provide civil engineering services related to the capital improvements, operation, and maintenance of the water and wastewater systems at Tinker Air Force Base. All work shall be upon issuance of a work order with a scope and fee negotiated prior to the start of work. The on-call contract will include preliminary design, final design, bidding, construction administration and management, inspection, and as-built services necessary to complete each work order. The contract will incorporate FAR and DFARS clauses and firms executing a contract will be required to comply with the requirements. Firms selected and contracted for Project MC-0762 - Water and Wastewater Civil Engineering Services may also submit and be selected for this project. More than one firm may be selected. The contracts for the above project will be a three-year term. Estimated Construction Cost $2,000,000 per project. The Consultant may not change the Project Team without prior consent of the City Engineer. Letters of Interest must be 50 pages or less.
