The City of Phoenix intends to award a contract for annual preventative maintenance and repairs on fitness equipment, including upholstery repairs, as needed for a five (5) year period commencing on or about April 1, 2025 for the Phoenix Fire Department and the Parks and Recreation Department. Contractor shall provide service for the annual preventative maintenance and repairs on aerobic fitness equipment, cable/pulley system equipment, and upholstery to the equipment as needed for a five (5) year period commencing on or about April 1, 2025, for the Phoenix Fire Department's Health Center locations at fifty-nine (59) fire stations and six (6) fire department facilities, and thirteen (13) Parks and Recreation locations throughout the City of Phoenix. An additional four (4) more fire stations to become available in the next 5 years Contractor shall be proficient in working with various types of commercial grade fitness and aerobic equipment. Contractor shall also be proficient in replacing cables, belts, decks, motors, memory boards, power supply, upholstery repair and various replacement parts related to the fitness and aerobic equipment.
