Terracon Report also found groundwater at 15' depth at new lift station site. CONTRACTOR shall provide & implement complete dewatering system to allow safe & successful construction of all improvements. Dewatering system shall include but not limited to dewatering wells, pumps, piping/hoses, settling tanks for settling solids/clarifying water and limestone riprap filtration area/berms prior to discharge to the adjacent creek. The City of Snook reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by City of Snook for a period not to exceed seventy (70) consecutive calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
