**As of February 26th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) desires to upgrade the exterior power and water capacity at the North-South Building parking lots and outdoor venue. Based on information shared by OCCC on November 20, 2023, this upgrade will include seven (7) new locations and an addition to (1) existing location. For Locations 1-8, OCCC desires: A 400A, 480V/3-phase power supply. Domestic Water Supply (Hose Bibb, and a 6'x6' Concrete Pad. For Location 6, OCCC desires the addition of a distribution panel to feed and control receptacles. North/South Building Exterior Show Power Improvements A Certified Check, or a Cashiers Check shall be required to accompany each electronic offer in a stated dollar amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the sum of the total estimated contract amount for the base period.
