SW, P.O. Box 308, Concord, NC 28026. The City of Concord aims to upgrade and modernize the audio and visual technologies in its City Hall Council Chambers. This initiative includes enhancing the council dais screen systems, microphones, cameras, sound mixing equipment, accessibility features, on-screen annotation and voting functionality, along with all associated control hardware and systems. You are requested to submit your bid on the enclosed Proposal Sheets and return the entire sealed package to: A 5% bid bond is waived for the purchases of apparatus, supplies, materials or equipment as stated in the cover section. A 100% performance bond is also waived. The purpose of this project is to: -Upgrade, refresh, and futureproof the existing system. -Create more free space for the AV production crew inside the sound booth by removing unused equipment and combining the equipment from two equipment racks into the single 44RU equipment rack. -Add new functionality to allow a laptop to run and host a video conference call. The laptop will hear the audio within the room as its "microphone" input in windows and see the same video feed being streamed as its "webcam" in windows. -Update the system allowing in room voting via Dias microphone base touch screens. -Replace the existing displays at the Dias and Podium with new 22" interactive displays to add new functionality for annotation of the presentation being shown on the projectors via a 22" interactive display. This annotative feed will also be accessible by the streaming/UC conference if the AV production crew would like to send this to the far end of the room for viewing. -Maintain the same control that it has now with just the updated functionality shown above. *Please provide unit price, extended total price, freight cost, and installation & programming costs to the sheet below to calculate your TOTAL DELIVERED AND INSTALLED PRICE*
