The City is seeking qualificaiton submissions for the Transitional Housing Fit-Up for 1 Corkstown Road, Ottawa Ontario. The kitchen stations include a residential stove/hood, sink, microwave, and stainless-steel countertops at each station. The laundry stations include coin- operated commercial washers and dryers, and stainless-steel countertops at each station. Grease interceptors are required to be installed for the kitchen sinks. Introducing 2 kitchen stations and 2 laundry stations on each floor at the Basement & Ground floor levels. Introducing 6 kitchen stations and 6 laundry stations on each floor at the Second, Third and Fourth floor levels Introducing a Dining/Common area on the Third and Fourth floor levels, similar to the existing Dining/Common area on the Second floor level. Undertaking minor renovations to the existing Dining/Common areas at the Basement, Ground and Second floor levels. Relocating and/or enlarging doors to meet Accessibility requirements Wiring rough-in for future CCTV The List of Drawings can be found in separate attached documents with this Request for Pre-Qualificaiton. Mechanical Electrical Kitchen and Laundry Station Drawings. A letter from the Surety Company confirming the respondent's total bonding limits. The successful bidder of the Stage 2 RFT will be required to provide a 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour & Material Payment Bond on behalf of the respondent for all work.
