TTU has need of modular buildings, for research and storage spaces, (Structures) of various materials including, but not limited to; wood, steel, and/or concrete, using the leading industry standards and processes. These Structures may be either constructed onsite or delivered, preassembled, and placed in the desired location. The need for these Structures can range from general storage use, specialty storage uses with respect to research materials and/or chemical storage, special housing for mechanical or electrical equipment, or research space used to provide researchers with workspaces. Structure specifications and placements will be managed by the TTU Operations Division and must facilitate the needs of the requesting department. Locations will include the current TTU-owned or leased locations, and any locations owned or leased by TTU throughout the life of any awarded contract. All Structures shall belong to TTU. Award Recommendation May 2025-August 2025 TTU reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposal or any part of a Proposal and waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in the Proposals received.
