Lundy Elementary School - Storm Damage Improvements includes building structural stability, parking lot restoration, restoring septic and water services, drainage channel restoration, relocating the propane tank(s), and repairing the generator along with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage repairs. PROJECT TO BE SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETED BY: August 1, 2025 ll Prime Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Clark County School District and possess a Certificate of Eligibility from the Nevada State Contractors Board prior to submitting the Preliminary Proposal. Selection Criteria and weighted values: Design-Build Team collaborating and individual documented experience with related Design-Build and CMAR projects (25%), Design-Build Team Organization, workload and leadership plan (25%), Project Management Plan approach to this project (25%), Subcontractor involvement and Safety (20%), Nevada State Contractor's Board Certificate of Eligibility for Preference (5%). The 15% Schematic Design will be the extent in which the design must be complete for the final proposal. No compensation will be made for the submission of Preliminary Proposals.
