As of May 20,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Spring Mountain Youth Camp Building 4 and Building 5 Alteration and is located at 2400 Angel Peak Place, Mount Charleston, Nevada 89124. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the abatement of all hazardous material and the installation of all new construction finishes in Building No. 4 and Building No. 5, which is approximately 6,066 square feet combined, single story buildings currently unoccupied with an interior ceiling height of 10 feet. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Installation of all interior finishes and exterior finishes in addition to metal furring, waterproofing, building envelope insulation, attic space insulation, new doors, door frames and windows, flooring, and ceiling alterations. The work includes new accessible plumbing fixtures and above ground plumbing pipe replacement, cleaning and painting the exterior of the existing heating/ventilation/air-conditioning (HVAC) ductwork and diffusers, and electrical wiring, cabling and conduit for data and communications. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the scope of work shown on the construction documents and in the construction specifications for Building 4 & 5 alterations, including the abatement of hazardous materials; rough carpentry; thermal insulation; elastomeric roof and wall coating, and sheet metal flashing and trim; doors and frames; fiberglass windows; door hardware; gypsum board; tile; carpet; interior painting; toilet compartments; corner guards; washroom accessories; plumbing sleeves; pipe escutcheons; ball valves; plumbing pipe and equipment hangers and supports; pipe and equipment identification; pipe insulation; domestic water piping and specialties; sanitary waste and vent piping; sanitary waste piping specialties; electric domestic water heaters; water closets, urinals, lavatories and sinks; interior communication pathways; horizontal cabling and testing identification.
