**As of February 10, 2025, project was awarded to Glass Effects Window Film and Graphics but awarded amount is not available. The Beekman Center is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to supply and install dual reflective mirror window coverings for 347 glass panels, covering an approximate area of 2,654 square feet. The coverings should improve energy efficiency, reduce glare, and enhance the privacy of the building while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It is the intent of the ITB to provide bidders with sufficient information to prepare a proposal for the district to purchase commercial window film based on details provided in this document. Estimated Award Date January 21, 2025 Based on information at the time of the ITB issuance the project start date would commence within 30 days of the award notification and be completed no later than March 31, 2025. Ingham ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or portions thereof, if it deems such an action to be in its best interest. Ingham ISD reserves the right to award a contract to a bidder other than the lowest bidder and has sole discretion to determine the lowest responsible bidder. Furthermore, Ingham ISD reserves the right to split any ensuing award among multiple vendors or to award the bid in whole to one vendor.
