High Level Scope Deliverables: 1. Install 150kw Generator 2. Install New Generator Panel and 2 Transfer Switches Near UPS 3. Pour Concrete Pad for generator and minimum 8 Bollards 4. Install Communication and electrical conduit to generator 5. Connect existing panel with fire alarm system to Transfer Switch 6. Connect existing panel with sprinkler system to Transfer Switch 7. Connect existing UPS Panel to Transfer Switch. Dubuque County is seeking proposals for one 150kw generator and two automatic transfer switch (ATS). Vendors may submit proposals under both categories or under just one category. If proposals are reliant upon another, the vendor must state in their proposal that items are to be considered ONLY as a package. Proposals must include complete information and background about your company and the services you provide, as well as detailed descriptions and costs for services requested. It is expected that proposers have knowledge of all applicable industry standards, laws, and regulations and possess an ability to market and distribute the equipment, products, or services. Unless otherwise requested in writing by the vendor, and subject to approval by the County, Vendor shall see this as a turn-key install where Vendor is responsible for all phases, subs, project management of the project. The County reserves the right to modify this RFP or the selection process, to cancel this RFP, to reject or accept any Proposal, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Proposal, without liability, at any time.
