Completion Date: June 30, 2025 Description: The DMASWA Landfill 3C Facility project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Site preparation; Surveying and field engineering; General earthwork including topsoil stripping, bulk soil excavation and processing, structural fill placement, trenching, backfilling, embankment, and compacting; Soil testing; Concrete testing; Processing on-site borrow soils; Scale and scale footing installation; Scale infrastructure installation; Scalehouse construction; Transfer station construction; HHW building construction; HHW office building completion; Roadway paving; Signage installation; Site Lighting; Site Pavement linework painting; Interior Finishes; Water main installation; Gas line installation; Fiber Optic line installation; Underground electrical installation; Sanitary sewer tie-in and installation; Access road subgrade preparation and construction; Aggregate surfacing; Erosion controls, rip rap, and stormwater pollution prevention; Topsoil amendments; Topsoiling, fertilizing, and seeding; Miscellaneous drainage structures and appurtenances; Traffic and access controls; Fencing and Gate; Establishment of property control points; and Closeout documentation. The Work is located at the Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency Sanitary Landfill, 101 Airborne Road, Dubuque, Iowa. B.
