A Complete Building Condition, HAZMAT and Site Environmental Assessments for the site, located at 96-100 Water Street and 205-211 Duckworth Street. The findings will be provided in the form of a comprehensive condition assessment report, encompassing Structural, HAZMAT, ESA, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. The report will provide an in-depth analysis of the condition of each building system and comment on the feasibility of site redevelopment. The report shall include recommendations such that TI can make a decision to redevelop or demolish the remaining structures on the site as well as a Class 'D' estimate for both options. TIMELINE: RFP has been cancelled. Coverage of this report is discontinued. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
