Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/12 12:00:00 AM NST Achieve Unconditional Site Closure at Building 005 & 006, civic #26-48 Buckmaster circle, by collecting further water and soil samples and submitting a report, including the Record of Site Condition (RoSC), to ENVCC by conducting the following: 1. Review of previous reports by ADI Nolan Davis and Fracflow (to be provided by NLHC upon award of contract). 2. Conducting that work required by the Atlantic RBCA Guidance Document for the Management of Impacted Sites to achieve Unconditional Closure via a Record of Site Condition (RoSC) which would include, but not limited to; verifying present day site conditions in groundwater and soil via re-testing the current Monitoring Well (MW) and conducting 2 new test-pits in the same or similar locations (including site reinstatement, also see the attached diagrams). The 2 new test pits shall be used for soil and water testing to indicate any current fuel oil impacts. Costs shall also include; travel to and from site, per diems, equipment, laboratory cost, data interpretation, report writing (including the RoSc and fees required by ENVCC for review and sign- off) and any other fees/costs to achieve Unconditional Closure. 3. Submittals to NLHC shall be 1 copy of a draft report and 1 final copy of the report and RoSC to ENVCC in electronic format.
