Qualified Engineering Professionals to Provide Design and Related Architectural Services for Sunline's Workforce Development Center Project. **note: This is a Site Adaptation Using a Previously Permitted Design.** Top Level Activities Include, but Are Not Limited to, Design Development and Associated Drawings/documents and Construction Administration Related to a -8,500 Square Foot Interior Building. (See Rfqu Exhibit a for a Complete Description of the Project). Questions Will Be Submitted to the online and Are Due by Close of Business on January 14, 2025. Proposer's Shall Submit: 1. A Soq for Design and Related Architectural Services in Accordance With the Exhibit a Scope of Work. Proposer Must Be a Licensed Architect, Registered Engineering or Licensed General Contracting Firm. The Submittal Shall Demonstrate the Proposers Contract-specific Qualifications to Perform the Scope of Work and Tasks Delineated Therein. 2. Cost Proposal in Accordance With Exhibit B Cost Proposal. Request for Qualifications -- Interested Firms Should Submit Proposals via online Portal Containing the Following Items: The 1st Uploaded File Should Be the Soq (Technical Proposal) and Required Forms/certifications for Rfqu 25-021. This File Should Include: 1. Brief Soq, Including a List of Relevant Projects and Descriptions. 2. Exhibit C Required Certification Forms, Which Must Be Completed. 3. A Proposed Project Schedule. 4. Resume(S) (No More Than 2 Pages Each) of Staff Available for This Project. 5. A Completed Form Sf-330, Part Ii. Proposer Must Prepare a Sf-330, Part Ii Form for the Specific Branch Office Seeking Work, if the Firm Has Branch Offices. (Please Submit Form Sf-330, Part Ii With Items 1-3 Listed Above). Proposers Must Upload a 2nd Separate File That Includes the Cost Proposal Forms (Exhibit B) for Rfqu 25-021. This File Should Only Include: 1. Proposer's Audited Labor Rates, Submitted Using Exhibit B Cost Proposal Forms. Cost Proposals/labor Rates Will Remain Sealed and Confidential Until Opened in Accordance With Section 3.3. The Agreement to Be Entered Into Pursuant to This Rfqu May Be Subject to a Financial Assistance Contract Between Sunline and the United States Department of Transportation. If the Proposal is Subject to Federal Financial Assistance, and for Any Reason the Federal Financial Assistance is Withdrawn, Then and in Such Event Sunline May Withdraw This Rfqu and/or Terminate Any Agreement Entered Into in Accordance With These Agreement Documents and Specifications. Sunline Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any Proposal and to Waive Minor Informalities or Irregularities in the Proposal Process.
