Renovation of a municipal facility in Ionia, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,329-square-foot municipal facility.
In response to your invitation for bids, the undersigned submits the following offer to enter a Contract with County of Ionia for the Ionia County Courthouse Basement Renovation and extends this offer for Sixty (60) calendar days subsequent to the opening of bids. This offer has been prepared after our examination of the complete plans and specifications, together with their related documents and our examination of the work including the availability of materials, equipment, and labor. Included in this offer are all costs necessary to complete the General Construction, in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by David Maxam, Maxam Architecture PROJECT Ionia County Courthouse Basement Renovation 100 W. Main Street Ionia, Michigan 48846 A ten percent (10%) retainage will be applied to applications for payment until project completion. All partial waivers of lien shall be presented to the Owner prior to the next payment being paid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or portions thereof and waive any irregularities and informalities. This project involves interior office and chamber room renovations to the historic Ionia County Courthouse building
