Renovation of a municipal facility in Dayton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Separate sealed bids for the 2025 RheaCounty Courthouse Historic Preservation Project for one or more of the following elements: interior renovations (four total bathrooms to be remodeled), repainting four clocktower faces, and restoration of clock mechanisms and synchronization to brass bell chime. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
