Bid Packages: 01A Final Cleaning, 02A Selective Demolition, 06A Architectural Casework, 08A Doors/Frames/Hardware, 08B Glass and Glazing, 09A Drywall and Metal Framing, 09B Acoustical Ceilings, 09C Flooring and Tile, 09D Painting , 10A Specialties, 10B Signage, 12A Window Treatments, 22A Plumbing, 23A HVAC and Controls, 26A Electrical and Fire Alarm (NOT REBIDDING) The project consists of repairs, renovations, and alterations to the 2nd floor of the existing building, totaling approximately 37,390 SF. The project will be located at the site of the existing CFCC Building L. The building will remain in operation during construction. PLEASE NOTE: - Performance & Payment Bond: Required for Bid Packages $300,000 or higher Bid Bond: Required for All Bid Packages - Evaluation of the submittal shall be performed by the Prequalification Committee in accordance with the statutes and policies. From earlier solicitation: The Project will involve selective demolition, carpentry, millwork, metal stud framing, gypsum wallboard, painting, acoustical ceiling, flooring, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work for: Library reconfiguration and renovation Video Production Studio and support spaces Learning (tutoring) lab and support spaces Other areas on the floor lobby, bathrooms, etc. will be spruced up only.
