Renovation of a municipal facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,000-square-foot municipal facility.
New Hanover County's Recycling and Solid Waste Department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to complete turn-key solar (PV) system including, but not limited to permit, design, and installation of rooftop solar (PV) panels at the landfill's wastewater treatment plant building. Installation shall occur on the south-facing roofslope of the building and include sufficient panel generation capacity to consistently deliver a minimum of 1.0 kW (850 kWh annually). Approximate square footage of rooftop is 2,000 sq. ft. Installation shall include connection to the local power utility in a "net metering" arrangement. New Hanover County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and to make the Award which will be in the best interest of the County. Question Deadline Dec 10, 2024 at 4:00 PM
