The Town of Davie, Florida invites qualified bidders to submit responses in accordance with the requirements stated herein for Stormwater Maintenance. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in the project Q&A section no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation will be made available in a formal addendum issued to this project. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to ensure they are aware of all addenda issued relative to this solicitation. Late submissions shall not be accepted. The selection of the successful bidder(s) shall be at the Town's discretion and shall be made in a prompt manner after the receipt and evaluation of all ITB responses.
